Nest Building

During the first of four workshops, Creating My Best Life, we journaled and discussed things we want to 'grow' in 2023, made a nest and laid eggs representing our goals! Such a lovely process with a wonderful group from and around Shepton Mallet. Already looking forward to the next session on 29th Jan which is open to anyone (please pre-book through website). All our creative work will culminate in an interactive exhibition in March, inspiring others to take small steps in their lives in order to bring about bigger changes.
